“I had just started practicing yoga when I met Minal. She was visiting her family overseas. When I learnt that she was a yoga instructor, I happened to share with her the pain I had been experiencing in my neck and shoulders. I am so glad I did! She was quick to observe and pinpoint where in the posses I was over stressing. She helped me modify the poses in ways I had not experienced before. Her cues really helped me get a better understanding of how the poses should be performed to avoid injury. I have not had the opportunity to take any group classes with Minal yet.
